How do the hats fit?

Both styles are one-size adjustable. The Flexfit 110 has a stretchy sweatband with a snapback — it fits like a fitted hat but adjusts like a trucker. The Richardson 258 is a classic structured snapback. If you're between fits, the 110 runs slightly snugger.

Will the patch peel, crack, or fade?

No — that's the whole point of silicone. It's waterproof, sweat-proof, and UV-stable. No frayed embroidery threads, no cracked screen prints. It'll outlast the hat's blank.

Can I wash the hat?

Hand wash with mild soap and cold water, then air dry on something round (a ball cap buddy or a big bowl works). Skip the washing machine and never the dryer — that's how brims die.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders leave Bluffton, South Carolina within 2–3 business days via USPS with tracking. Standard shipping is $5.99 flat, free over $50.

What if it's not right?
